Ingredients
Mint Leaves (fresh and chopped) - 1 cup
Coriander Leaves (fresh and chopped)- 1 cup
Green Chilli - 1-2
Ginger - 1/2" piece
Lemon juice - 1-2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cumin powder - 1tsp
Method
- In a blender, put all the ingredients and grind to a smooth paste.
- Adjust salt according to your taste.
- Store the Mint Coriander Chutney in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Serve this Mint Coriander Chutney with samosas, pakoras, cutlets or other snacks.
